More Than Just Gears

Andros machine shop facilities rival that of many dedicated machine shops. With our CNC lathes 
and CNC vertical machining centers we are equipped to manufacture large or small lots of gears quickly, precisely and economically.

Our CNC department prides itself on getting jobs done quickly and efficiently. Through the use of 
our Virtual Gibbs Cad/Cam system we have all but eliminated any setup scrap associated with 
CNC machining in most shops. By the time our operators are ready to run a part, our processes 
have been simulated and perfected on our main computer system.

At Andros we realize that gears are only part of the solution for some of our customers. 
That’s why we are very proud of our machine shop facilities where we turn out complimentary 
products for customers.
